    Is their blatant false advertising a common thing?

    When I search for a flight I get a quote, but when I try to pay online I get told that the price is not available - then when I ring them up the quote me another 20% on top of the online quote.

    Is this normal for all online travel agents?

    Always cheaper to book online than when over the phone....scam!!!!

    This is a strange company. tried booking a trip to london on there a year or 2 back, and it came up order cannot be processed at this time, try again. Checked bank account a day later, no problems. Order the trip again, then within 5 minutes of second order i got 2 confirmations. When i rang them up i got led a merry dance from one person to the next and the usual "don't call us, we'll call you" stuff.

    Don't know what experiences anyone else has had with them, but mine wasn't good, and wont be going back
