Nope there is none. Not in Ireland. Even in the Uk you can only get a part time one if it's employer-paid for..

Robert Gordon University Aberdeen do a part time distance learning degree and conversion course which is recognised in Ireland and last year were accepting students from Ireland

Op - do you hold a primary degree already?
A social work degree is not always the same as being a qualified social worker.

    You could contact the http://www.nswqb.ie/

http://www.basw.co.uk/ and http://www.gscc.org.uk/ might be useful too

They do a distance learning degree and a top up course if you already have a degree.

The nswqb told me about this course last year.

    Hi There,
This might be late in the day but useful for others looking it up.
I started BSC in Social Work part-time in University of the West of England, Bristol back in 2004. I know demontfort uni in Leicester had advertised a part time option.
It wasn't advertised as such but when I discussed it with them they were happy for me to do it this way.
In the end I decided to bite the bullet and go full time at it as living in the uk there was a lot more casual/part time work in evenings and weekends to pay the bills. Again the university were fine with me doing that. It worked out well and I was lucky as my gf was there and working so we could survive.
