Hi guys have been offered a pretty good deal on an 06 Audi A6 2.0l petrol. Im currently driving an 06 Saab 93 petrol and getting roughly 40mpg. Tax and insurance are gonna be the same.Could i expect the same mpg with the Audi (if not how bad??), also anything in particular to look out for, service/running costs. All help and advice greatly appreciated.
    Thanks.

A6 is alot bigger and heavier than a 9-3 so expect it to be less frugal. Depending how heavy your right foot is I think you will be doing well to see above 30mpg mixed.

1.8T A6 is the previous model to the one the OP is asking about though. And that model was smaller and lighter than the newer model.

The auto will definately have less mpg and those multi-tronic boxes were problematic afaik.
