too early?

    ordered something on ebay on the 31st of aug. posted on 2nd of sept, still no sign of it, but is it too early to put in a claim with paypal for a refund/ebay?

    Please don't file a claim through paypal before contacting the seller directly. Its a pain in the ass for the seller and often its out of their control.

    I already have contacted seller, i ordered a few other things since and have gotten them?

    oh i see where you are coming from. postage within ireland is usually next day (except weekend) id try contact the seller again

    I'd start a dispute now, and give it a couple of days before escalating to a claim if the seller doesn't respond to it. This is the best way to proceed. Paypal disputes are not a pain for sellers, except in the case of a bad seller or a crooked buyer.

    Have since has to escalate it to a paypal claim, over a week later and still no sign.
    i ordered stuff from uk same time and received it tuesday
