Not from Dublin but I came across this website awhile back, particularly Stephen Boyle whom is the founder.

Thanks very much eirebear and dazftw, i was looking for that video of the infamous fabio pires and couldnt find it, after hearing about his technique it seems allot of whats said is true about him :P
