blackberry dropping out upc cisco modem

having issues that when i use my blackberry in wifi mode it drops out the wireless on the cisco modem, sometimes within minutes sometimes longer. the modem has been replaced and still problem exists. it drops out the wireless to all devices and the only solution is resetting the modem. only happens once bb is set to wifi!…
