Claiming Emergency Tax Back When No Longer Employed

Hi, Recently finished a summer job before my return to college, and was charged emergency tax. Filled out Form 12a, but recieved my tax credits form after i finished working. I got a P45 at termination of employment. How do I claim bacck my emergency tax? Totally new to this, so any help would be appreciated Thanks

Complete form P50 one month after you have ceased employment.
