    Just wondering has anyone managed to get accepted on a degree level course with life/work experience ?

    Yes , i got excepted into a part time post grad under a professional entry (Work Experience).

    Lots of people do every year. Just apply under the mature student scheme and they will probably interview you. But if you have never done any 3rd level then its a long hard slog. Seriously consider doing something else first, PLC type course, certificate in one of the IT's, etc. A hons degree is a big ask as a first step.

    Yea I hear you I'm on a low level course at the moment I do feel mentally prepared for a degree course though.
