Tax Office Address - Who do I send my tax form to?

I had to fill out a form and get it stamped by my local Garda because my car was off the road this summer. Who do I send this form to? Or can it be handed into the motor tax office?

Who do I send this form to? Or can it be handed into the motor tax office?

hand it into your local tax office..easiest way
