Has this happened to anyone before and got a refund afterwards?

We've booked flights and they have changed the time of departure coming home to later, which isnt suitable.
There is a link on the email to "Apply for a refund".
Has anyone done this before and what do you get refunded back to you? Is everything refunded i.e. taxes, admin etc

Can your application for a refund be rejected?

In cases like this, I'm pretty sure the refund is a full one.
