Hi, I'm a 21 year old TCD student looking for accommodation in the city centre. Either a single or double room. My budget limit is €500 monthly. I am quiet and very tidy, also a non smoker.

I have a single room available in the Phibsboro/Cabra, Dublin 7 area. It is approx 20 mins walk to the city centre.
The rent per month is €400.
