    Hi Hassaan,
    Welcome to boards.ie!

If you would just like to record straight to your computer,
you could buy a USB Condenser Mic like the:

    Samson CO1U

Seems very pricey over in your side of the world though:

It would still be one of the best buys for that price range though.

You would not need a mixer or any other equipment, except maybe a mic stand.

There is also a Samson C01U Recording Pak, which comes with a mic stand, and spider mount:

Get a interface is your best bet.

http://www.thomann.de/ie/maudio_fast_track_pro.htm get 2 xlr leads and two mics whatever kind when your recording a acoustic point it at the 12th fret thats a good way to record when ur starting off.

the guys got about 130 euro to spend. i dont think its gonna stretch to an 2 input interface, 2 mics, mic stands and cables.

Nah man...off the walls is right..get a soundcard and a mic...if you can afford another mic in 6 months it will add to it..as opposed to having to sell everthing and buy a soundcard..

Ah i didnt know you had an electro-acoustic guitar with a cable.

You could buy one of these for the guitar:

The Guitar and USB Mic *might* not record perfectly at the same time though, but you could solve this later by moving one of the audio tracks backwards or forwards to fix it.

A pop filter should just be able to clip onto the mic stand.

For speakers you will need to look at reviews, and you may need to save up more money.

Try to get some Active Nearfield Studio Monitors.
Active means that each speaker has an amplifier inside, so you do not need an external amplifier.
These can be quite bigger in size though.

Passive is the other type that need an additional amplifier, but buying Active is a lot easier.
