Trinity Hall JCR 16th-19th Weekend Schedule

    Has anybody got a copy of schedule listed above??

    I remember seeing it and it was all:

    Friday: Bus into town, etc...

    Can't for the life of me find it anywhere now though.

    I should really start saving / printing these things.

    FRIDAY THE 16TH
    8am to 5pm Arrival as per the schedule provided by the Accommodation Office. Note there is a huge demand on parking during the day so access by car will be limited to a short stay to allow bags to be dropped off.
    Opportunity for parents to meet the Warden. Sports Hall 10am 11.30am 1pm 3.30pm.
    5.30pm-8pm - Formal meeting for all residents with the Warden in the Sports Hall
    5.30pm Houses 88, 89, 90, 91
    6.30pm Houses 83, 84, 85, 87
    7.30pm Houses 79,80, 81 & undergraduate residents of 82
    7.00pm All postgraduate students (House 86 and some of House 82)) to meet the Deputy Warden on the Mezzanine Floor - above the Canteen.
    10pm JCR Event - Leave Hall for a club in Rathmines

    SATURDAY THE 17TH
    11.30am to 5.00pm Each House will have a dedicated hour long meeting with their Assistant Warden (see following page).
    2.00pm to 5.00pm JCR Event – College clubs and societies will have stalls in the courtyard of Block 2.
    4.00pm Information session for international students. The Sports Hall All residents from outside the Republic are welcome to attend especially those from outside the EU.
    7.30pm to -8.30pm JCR Event - Pizza in the Canteen.
    9.00pm to 10.00pm JCR Event - Drinks Reception in the Canteen.
    10.00pm JCR Event – Buses leave Hall for a club in town.

    SUNDAY THE 18TH
    12.00am to 2.00pm JCR Event - Brunch in the Canteen.
    3.00pm onwards JCR Event – Inflatables and other activities around Hall
    6.00pm to 8.00 pm JCR Event – DU Comedy Society and DU Players in Sports Hall.
    9.00pm to -11.00pm JCR Event - Silent Disco in the courtyard of Block 2. Followed by buses to a club in town.

    Was that emailed out or is it to be expected that that's the first time I've seen that?

    I think it was in an attachment to an email. It might have been the one with the list of suggested arrival times, but I'm not quite sure :)
    Edit: Just found the email I mentioned, can't seem to find the attachment, so maybe I was mistaken O.o

    Just found it in the payment email, I've been reading all of them on my phone as I haven't been home much, so I missed a few of the attachments!

    Trinity Gamers will be there from 2-5 on the Saturday with games and rubber-sword fighting.
