Questions regarding Judicial Separation

Because of Ireland's current economic situation, do judges take into consideration the decrease in the value of property when dividing assets between parties in a judicial separation? In other words, if property is sold now it will take longer to sell and it wont attain anywhere near its original value, as opposed to selling in 4/5 years time when the property market will hopefully have improved.
