    How much work does it need I wonder. Seeing as it needs work you could always convert the two houses into one big one.

    From local radio this morning the houses are wired and plumbed just need second fittings, fireplace, kitchen, toilets, skirting, doors things like that, so your looking at another 15-20k per house really.
