    Hi,

    is there anyway a green card application could be blocked due to monies owed in Ireland? i.e. upaid bills, rent etc?

    If there were criminal charges (as opposed to someone going after you in civil court) then maybe- if whatever you get arrested/ convicted for is considered by the USA a "Crime of Moral Turpitude", such as fraud.
