What is the fastest non fibre optic broadband in ireland

Hi i am with BT at the moment and i am paying for 7MB and i am only getting 4MB so i want to switch the best and fastest option would be UPC but you can get it in my area what would be the fastest broadband that i would be able to get (better if has unlimited downloads)
