I would recommend you have a look at the HKC Securewave 10/70, This system has 10 wired zone or the ability to add two way wire free sensors. It is good for if down the road you did have issues with cables, you can add a wire free sensor to save having to get a cable to the problem. You may never need it but it is built into the panel.

A motion sensor pack works out cheaper but protecting the perimeter is always the better option with two motions as back up. These are usually off at night to allow you walk around but the perimeter is on.
With a motion sensor pack an intruder would need to be inside the premises before the alarm activates.
For perimeter protection all windows need a cable to them, doors get there own cable. Cable to the two motions, phone cable if you want self monitoring or central station monitoring, internal bell, external bell, panic buttons, extra keypads, mains power cable.
Inertia/contacts on windows and doors, except the front which just gets a contact. Contacts on there own would not be advisable as an intruder has to open the opening on the window to activate the alarm system. If an intruder was to smash, take out the glass without opening the window then the alarm wont activate. The inertia sensors are needed to pick this up, and the contact part shows the opening.
