    1. Who is running the event (organisation, society etc.): UL Poker Society
    2. The purpose of the event (charity, commercial etc.):
    3. Date and Location of event: The Sport's Bar on the University of Limerick Campus. Wednesday the 14th of September
    4. Registration and Start time of event: Registration open at 18:30 with a start time of 19:00
    5. Any prerequisites (member of club, society etc): Must be a member of the UL Poker Society (External non-UL students welcome to join (€2 for the year))
    6. How can tickets be purchased & is there a maximum number (in advance, at the door etc.): Free for UL Poker Society members, you can register at the door on the night.
    7. Type of Tournament (Hold'em/Omaha etc Freezeout/Rebuy etc.): Hold'em
    8. Cost of entry and any subsequent rebuys/top-ups etc.: €0
    9. Cost of registration: €0
    10. % of entry fee/rebuys/top-up going into Prize fund: 100%
    10a. Is any money from the prize fund held back for future tournaments, if so, how much: €0
    11. Any guarenteed prize pool: €100 in free bets for the Fitzpatrick casino in Limerick city.
    12. If applicable, Number of re-buys allowed and over what time frame/blind levels.
    13. Starting Chips: decided on the night due to a limit of chips available
    14. Rebuy and Top-up chip amounts: None
    15. Blind levels: decided on the night due to a closing time of 11pm
    16. Blind timeframes: decided on the night due to a closing time of 11pm
    17. Places being paid and if any prizes are other than cash (free entry to other tournie, merchandice etc): So far prizes from Paddy power, Fitzpatrick casino and food/drink vouchers for the Sports Bar.
    18. Are there going to be dealers - and their level of skill: No, except the final table. Dealer's skill would be intermediate
    19. Will there be a documented list of rules: Yes
    20. Is there a tournament director: Yes
    21. How are disputes handled - who has final say: The Tournament Director on the night.
    22. Are there any cash games offered, if so, please outline the rake for each limit offered: No cash games on the night.

    There is also finger food provided to all participants and a free drink to the first 10 people knocked out.
