    im having a little review of last season and got to thinking if i had a coach to help me put together and help me stick to a plan for next year it could be a help , so where do you find a cycling coach ?

    Aidan Hammond locally is very good, Paddy Doran (if he'll take you is top notch), Padraig Marrey is an elite UCI coach and Forme coaching In Norn Iron are an excellent outfit.
