ok this is weird but it happens to me lately when im working out hard in the gym, basically im training so hard and my breathing is so heavy that i sometimes blow air into what can only be a sinus drainage tube of sorts, it feels sort of weird when i do it and its a little painful, when i blow air through the feeling is in my right hand cheek under man ear,cann someone tell me exactly what im doing?
