I'm a AIB customer, Can I go into the bank and put a 10r into my account as send it to paypal? Is the payment instant? I've sent money from my paypal to my bank account in the past but not the other way around

yes you can and I am with AIB however 1) it can take up to 5 working days 2) Follow the paypal instruction to a T (just google for the instructions they are out there) I did not follow the instructions and I had to wait 3 weeks to get my money reverted back to my AIB account.

There were no penalties incurred just a lot of stress on my part! Bottom line is that it works fine and there are no fees

You can't add funds from a credit card to Paypal, the card is used as a funding source to make a payment.

you add the card to the account but the balance will not change

Is there any other options besides 3v then? I don't wanna top up by 20quid when all I need is 10

Use the 3v. Pay for item and transfer the rest to bank acc. You might lose a couple euro in fees but yeah. Or find a friend with a paypal acc and have them send you 10eu.

Why haven't you just done the bank transfer at the start? It would be there by now. Any option, such as 3V, is going to take even more time, unless you already have the card.

You can also send a one-off payment with Paypal, using a credit card to fund the payment.

Don't make purchases when you don't have the payment method set up and ready.

I found my 3v card so the payment will be instant to paypal:) The item costs 7€ so will I be able to transfer the 13€ to my bank account? My bank account is linked to my paypal account btw.

Could someone please kindly give me a set of instructions on how to put your 3v card into your paypal account?:)

It's already been said to you that you cannot add money to Paypal from a credit card. The instructions for adding a card are simple and explained in your Paypal account.
