What do you mean by wireless internet access?

Do you mean connecting to a LAN using wireless in which case you need a wireless router and a wireless enabled computer.

If you want a fixed wireless connection, that is have broadband supplied to your location by wireless as opposed to telephone line or cable then you need to see if there are any fixed wireless suppliers in your location.

If you want to be able to access the internet as you move from location to location then you need a 3G dongle from one of the mobile phone providers.

It is the latter one Iam referring to, "always on internet" for when travelling, I have a "business" package with Vodafone..perhaps they can offer this, Is there a way to use the mobile phone so no need for a dongle (I mean internet on the laptop not the phone)
Any suggestions on who is the best companies for this?

You can use some phones as a modem but you would have to have the phone connected to the laptop.
If your phone can act as a modem details should be in the phone manual.

Beware data rates when roaming can be very high.
