I recently started an apprenticeship, and as far as i know, my boss is not paying stamp on my earnings.
Can anyone tell me how to approach this with my boss without sounding like an ungrateful prick??
    Thanks

do you get a payslip from the employer ? you are entitled to one by law. If you've carefully checked that he isn't paying PRSI stamp for you, approach him and ask for clarification of whatever deductations are being made and just query him that you can't see where the employer's PRSI rate is.

Maybe if you could expand on why you believe the employer is not paing your stamp ( PRSI contributions ).

Previous poster showed you the rates , and if you earn less than €352 , you pay €0.00 , but of course your employer must contribute .

Is it because your payslip shows you pay no PRSI ?
