My uncle in Law was killed in the WTC that day, he didn't normally work there, someone in the maintainance firm he worked for called in sick so he took the work that day. He was above where the plane went in, he left 2 phone messages with my Aunt to say he was trying to get out but things didn't look good.
RIP Martin Coughlan.
