    Hi, I am looking for a pair of Shimano SPD cycling shoes size 45, pedals & cleats?

    Have everything you need. They are in good nick, all bought this May.
    The only problem is they are 44. Not sure if Northwave fits any different though.

    I'm not really sure what size I need. I take a size ten in a adidas runner. Where are you located?

    I'm in Mayo but I'll be in Dublin tues, wed and the midlands Thursday if that's any good. I take size 10 in all my footwear and they fit me fine.

    That's were I am thursday. I'll have to look up a price for the lot. I got the bike and all the kit under the cycle to work and don't know individual prices.

    The pedals are normal on one side and SPD on the other.
    The cheapest I've found the shoe's is €70, the cleats are £19.99 on wiggle and the pedals were €55.
    €110 for the lot is a fair enough price I think. They are less than 6 months old. Let me know if your interested and I'll bring them to Portlaoise Thursday.
