I bought £200 pounds worth of potted Grisilinia most were 3ft high and planted them round my garden 3 years ago because i wanted a quick growning hedge and as i live by the sea Grisilinia was highly reccommened by the local gardener. Now three years later and the tallest Grisilinia is still only 3ft high. These plants were originaly planted in holes twice the size of the root ball the holes were filled with water and compost. Even though these plants look realy healthy why are they not growning upwards.
These plants have now become a local talking point with neighbours and the sugestion is they are growing downwards. Can anyone throw any light on this non growing hedge of mine.......Alan:confused:
