Upc box - recording onto usb

Hi, I noticed that there is a usb slot on the back of my Upc mediabox. I put a usb stick in and tried to see if I could record onto it but couldn't see a way of doing it. Is it possible to do and if so how do I go about it?, Thanks

Iirc its only for service people etc and cant be used by end user. A quick search might confirm this.
