Cheapest for Electricity

Can anybody please tell me who to go with for electricity, ive been with airtricity for the last year, ive changed to esb about a month ago, now im hearing they are the dearest so basically im confused now as i cant find out who is actually the cheapest out there, im with flogas for gas!!! Thanks :)
