Ok here it is if i get a grant to study a masters in law and at the same time pay to do a masters in another field. When I go to apply for grant aid for blackhall place law society to become a solicitor will I get funding then? I understand that if u do a masters in another field you would be ineligible for grant aid in blackhall but is that only if you received a grant in the other field as it wouldn't be seen as progression? Rightly confused on that one. Any advice greatly appreciated. :)

And do you think it is possible to study for two masters at the same time?

you can only be granted aided for each level once. doing a second masters is not progression.

you can only be granted aided if your full time on a course..

    Correcct and right.

Also one masters degree is a massive amount of work, I think it would be ridiculously hard to study two at the same time unless they are spread over 2 or more years.

Hope this helps, best of luck

County Council Grant - see www.studentfinance.ie - It says the deadline is 31st August but ignore that

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.
