Done a very small amount in the past and enjoyed it.

Would like to maybe do a course over a few weeks(a beginner type one) - just to learn a bit more about it/learn new ways of thinking.

Below is a link i found but all their courses are full for September.

Anyone recommend a course/place for me?? Living in Ballsbridge so in DUblin would be great.

Search for Deora Project who are located at Oasis Counselling in Seville Place on the Northside - they opened a mindfulness clinic in June and offer free courses of MBCT, MBSR, and MBRP. The facilitator Gerry Cunningham has trained with the likes of Beck, Siegel, Kabat-Zinn, Kornfield, the MBCT guys Williams, Teasdale, Segal etc. (i.e. the people one would wish to train with).
