Sky Homes or Sky?

Landlord gave me a number for Sky Homes (think this is their website: http://www.skyhomes.ie/) and said I could get connected with sky from there.

As I live in an apartment block which is currently already wired for Sky I would have thought that I would just go directly to Sky and get a Sky plus box and get connected.

Was hoping someone could direct me as to where I should go to get connected.

    Cheers.

I apologise if this sounds stupid, I'm just a little bit confused and know very little about Sky.

Has anyone else in your appartment block got Sky? Is there a Wall plate with an 'n' connection in your appartment. If it's already 'wired for Sky' then one would assume that you just get a receiver, pay your sub, plug in and away you go.

The whole 'Sky Homes' thing though sounds as though the landlord may have some kind of contract arrangement with them, in that only they can enable the Sky outlet in individual appartments.
Check out the details with the neighbours first though.

Sky have 2 separate sales channels ,one for normal residential customers & another for apartment blocks,(Sky homes).
