    Sorry for interrupting your golf chat lads/lassies but I just wanted to let ya's know if anybody is around the Dublin area or more specifically the Portmarnock area this weekend the All-Ireland Inter County Pitch and Putt Championships are on and it will be well worth a look if your out that way.

    Cork done the double last year with the Corkmen winning the last 8 times but with Portmarnock being a very unique and unpredictable course it wouldnt be a suprise to see new winners this year(Hopefully a Dublin double)The course is situated in behind the church in the village.

    It could also be a good chance to see how players pitch balls or get some tips on how to chip if your struggling especially with all the top players around.

    ps its Saturday and Sunday! Ladies Sat/Gents Sunday starting both days around 10am
