Hi. Does anybody know where to go to get the locker? Can't find any info. Thanks.

They usually put a whole bunch of posters up about them. You can get one from the first day of college onwards, so the 19th I suppose. But they get snapped up fairly quick, hard to find one after the first week or so? The posters will tell where to go to get the keys/lock, probably south campus, building beside where you registered maybe.

Can you choose where you want to have it? Arts block/callan etc or do you just have to take what you're given?

Sure, if you're in early enough. Make a note of the way the numbers work before you go over... you don't want a locker at ground level for instance, getting down on your knees just to see into the thing. Maybe don't want one up the top either depending on how tall you are. But yes, if you're early on the Monday you should be able to pick and choose which exact locker you want.

Well... it worked like that last couple of times anyway.

I say look out for advertising etc. wherever you can find information about lockers.

As soon as you know how just do it, so you will get one before all are taken.

I'm still trying to find out about lockers myself. I probably haven't been around campus enough but I haven't seen many around.

I saw a couple in the Arts block, Science building and Callan hall but they wouldn't be enough to accomodate 8,000 students so I say be there while there are still empty places.
