Vaio Update WBFLASH error

    So my sony vaio (VGN-CR21S) has been having problems with updating my BIOS.
    It wants to install the "BIOSQ0- R112Q0" update. however it always gives me the following error:
    "WBFLASH. Cannot read system information"

    Here are my laptop specs just incase they are necessary:

    Other laptop but the same problem here http://opennomad.com/content/flashing-vaio

    Check do you have installed Shared Library.

    having a hard tiome finding it. I went to the Sony support site to look for it, typed in my computer model and got the following message: "VGN-CR21s" cannot be found. Did you mean N****. I shiite you not.
