    Remote.

If anyone wanted to make a high impact statement, they'd do it when it's least expected.

Didn't they have warnings about the 9/11 attacks and assumed it was another toothless threat. It'd be moronic of them to make the same mistake twice.

Will never happen, they've already freedified all of us from tyranny and killed the head of the muslims; Bin Laden.

They get a lot of warnings about a lot of things, most are false, others are prevented.

Honestly, the odd of an attack this weekend are slim to none.

War makes money, and the Republican party are always in favour of defence expenditure. Best to create a panic where none exists.

Proof if ever it was needed that the society that sacrifices its Liberty for safety is one that deserves neither.

    They currently control the Congress.

Just because the President is a Democrat, does not mean they have the power.

There's always a threat that some whackjob could use the day to make a political point. Bush isn't going to be making a speech is he?

No idea if anything will happen or not, but it's not outside the realms of possibility. An anniversary is a good time for it from the terrorists POV, look how we can get at you - again. It doesn't take an awful lot, a few committed determined people who possess the ability or have been given instruction by someone who can think outside the box.

Security at some airports around the world is still quite lax, despite everything. There are also a myriad of other vulnerable targets open to attack, both inside the USA and outside of it.

I'm more worried about the possible storm heading our way this weekend.

    Terror attack? *sigh*
It must be coming to election time again soon - or a bill has to be passed!

The only thing that gives a threat any merit is the fact 911 days after September 11th 2011 the spain bombings happened. So knowing Bin Laden is now dead and its ten years. You can never rule out for sure.

But as for anything happening at ground zero? un-bloody-likely. Place will be so solid. But who is to say some bus or train doesnt get blown up in the other side of the country?

In any case the yanks will be blowing it out. Like they are under seige. It would be wise to make no pranks this weekend if you lived in the states :pac:
