    Hi everyone,
I was at the HEAR orientation and we received our USB containing the intial first year lecture schedule and I noticed that some of mine are directly after each other that day.

For example: Folklore and Ethnology at 10am, followed by Archaeology at 11am. Both are in separate buildings.
Same thing is happening with Celtic Civ and Religions, one is at 2pm and the other is 3pm, again in separate buildings.

Can anyone tell me how long the lectures are? Will I have enough time to get from one building to the other or am I screwed for the first day!

lectures typically start at 5 past the hour and end at five to. This ten minutes is supposed to give enough time to get to the next one.

it can be fun trying to get from end to end of the campus though.

Lectures start at 5 past on the hour an end at 5 to on the hour. 10 mins to get between lectures...grand if your on campus but if your next lecture is off campus it's a bit of a dash....most of the buildings are in and around campus neway...except for music students who had to go all the way up to Sunday's well...in which case if your travelling that far it's best to leave the previous lecture early.

Oh thank you both very much! That's a relief!
I know the layout of the campus fairly well now so I think I should be ok. :)
My mad dash will be around the Kane building mainly XD
