Steam valet

    Hi, I have seen a couple of ads for steam valets for cars. I was just wondering if there is anywhere that sells these steam cleaning products for cars so you can do it yourself?

    Well you can buy cheap enough steam cleaners in Halfords or Argos. I got the Halfords brand one for ~€30. I use it mostly for my mats & i give the carpets/flooring/footwells a once over the odd time.

    I'm not to sure about 'technique' im sure there are youtube videos about how to use it right, but what i do is a good hoover first get rid of the anything heavy, spray away with the steam, spray on a good interior shampoo(i like AG interior shampoo, halfords again), work it with a nail brush, spray again with the steam, & wipe away with micro fibre cloths. If its the flooring on the car itself it will probably be very slightly damp to the touch after so best to do it on a good dry day where you can leave the car with the doors open for a good awhile to dry out properly.
