Anyone got experience with yoga for shoulder stiffness? Any recommendations for city centre or south city?

My girlfriend is a swimmer and used to go to samadhi in temple bar, 0871353095, various times, experience levels, several teachers and they do pay as you go, not sure how much. She like it
