Hi. I'm 36 yrs old and I'm what you would call a closeted lesbian!! I was married( to a man!) now divorced .I always knew I was gay, but when i was younger icould never accept it. So, i buried my feelings and told noone what i was truly feeling and got married. I'm now on my own and noone, absolutely noone knows I'm gay, but deck it I'm older and wiser an it's about time the world knew!!;-) My problem is... I would like to meet other lesbians. Does anyone know of site online where I can chat and get to know others like myself, cause I'm having trouble finding any good Irish sites:(

Running Amach is pretty good, they have meet ups and have been to a few of them. Well recommended

    +1 for running amach.

Also would suggest 'first out'... support group in outhouse for women not out/out/in the process of coming out etc. www.firstout.ie

Welcome to the marvellous world of lesbianism! You're gonna love it. :p

Deffo another recommendation for Running Amach, they have tons of events, and they aren't 'dating' related either... It's got an older demographic, too, from mid/late 20's up, so you'll be right at home.

Best of luck with it, and well done for finally following your heart. It'll be so worth it.
