    i wouldnt worry about it they cant even get tomorrow's weather right a few weeks is asking alot.

    forecast good for a week unless theres a very settled high pressure in then maybe 10 days.

    well anything is possible ........ the summer never happened after all,
    its all based on reduced solar acvtivity

    Surely 1 in every 10 winters on average would be a cold one anyway?

    the last 2 were cold ... so were of the hook for another few years :)
    found this bit interesting though
