    Anyone know of a good local Zumba class? ( preferable early evenings) Ive binned loads of flyers in the past few months but now I wanna join up and regret chucking them... cheers.

    I do the one in Shoreline on Mon evenings. I think its great - lots of fun and I manage to get up a sweat. And theres usually 100+ people there, so theres a great atmosphere.

    There's one on in Shoreline at 7 on Mondays. It's so much fun. I think it costs less than 8euro too.

    I go to zumba at 6.30 on Wednesday nights in Greystones Theatre, it's loads of fun, instructor is good craic. Next set of 6 casses start on Wednesday, just looked on zumba.com's website and got a huge list of classes within 25mile radius of Greystones
