Cheers for the welcome, not even fired a bb yet! Any thoughts on my first weapon, for something cheap and cheerful am considering a pump action shotgun for €50 on M.I.A. , that way if I can upgrade as I go.

dont get a single shot shotgun if you can get a multishot single shots are quite bad and a shotgun is only good when bein used in certain environments i play a lot of cqb thats why i have a shotgun if you wont be playin cqb get yourself an aeg ive heard good things about the g&g raider

if i was you i would start off with an aeg as you will soon realize you will be at very serious disadvantage if you used a shotgun :)

    Nope. :P

You should get a rental before you consider buying a gun though. I've seen more than a few people show up in several hundred euro worth of gear, play for an hour and decide they don't like it.

An AEG would be best, and renting is a good idea, but if you really want a shotgun this is SO worth the money.
