    Hi

Was just wondering if Luas park and ride Stillorgan is pay and display or do you get a ticket when you drive into car park and pay when leaving.

I did check their website and did a search here but did not find that info.

    Thanks

You must have a valid Luas ticket on the day you park. An additional charge will occur if you do not have a valid Luas ticket when you leave the car park.
Ticket Machines accept 10c, 20c, 50c, €1, €2 and Credit and Debit Cards.

Thanks I knew that info from their site.

It was if you pay before or after I meant.

Got info from another discussion board last night but thanks for replying.

You park your car, note the number of the bay you parked in, and enter that into the parking ticket machine on the platform near the Luas ticket machines when paying. No need to display the ticket in the car, they can tell by looking up the bay number if someone has paid for that bay. Also, in theory, they can check tickets on exit, but this rarely happens. You must be in possession of a valid Luas ticket and a valid parking ticket if they do, otherwise it's a hefty fine.
