NCT in 1 hour and the bonnet lever broke!

    Have my nct in an hour and just went to double check the oil and the lever to open the bonnet snapped. The cable is fine so I put a cable tie around the end to act as a make shift handle. Just wondering will I fail because of this.

    Well I didn't leave any money but my car passed. The tester had a bit of trouble getting the bonnet open but another tester gave a hand and the the cable tie did the trick.
