Sensitivity to light

My vision is not bad but recently I have become increasingly sensitive to light and it's very distracting, particularly in my work environment - artificial light pcs etc. I'm getting glasses with anti glare but I hate wearing glasses. Are there any contact lenses that can help eith this particular problem? And would laser surgery be a possible solution ? Thx

It'll depend on how much your prescription has changed and what your current prescription is.
You should ask your Optometrist who, having just examined you, will be best placed to give you some answers.

You need to check with your GP - some medications can cause light sensitivity, some people are naturally photophobic and there are some conditions that can cause it.

There are sunglasses which also cut glare and yes, I believe contact lenses too. From experience, laser eye surgery will increase your light sensitivity. Did with me anyway.
