Apps wont sync from iPad to laptop

    Heh guys
    Why won't my apps not sync from my iPad to my laptop? When I click sync apps it says all existing apps and their data on the iPad will be replaced with apps from this iTunes library? These apps are belonging to my iPhone.

    Before you sync right click your iPad within iTunes and select Transfer Purchases... you can then sync as normal.
