    Hi all,
    I just secured accommodation in a lovely house on Dean Swift Green, less than 5 minutes walk to DCU. I am a third year DCU Pharmaceutical Science student. It is a two-storey terraced house with 3 available single bed ensuite rooms (I have the fourth room). All rooms come with a single bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers, locker. The ensuites are a great addition! There is a spacious kitchen/dining/living area with all mod cons (microwave, washing machine, cable tv). The landlord is looking for females only.

    The landlord hasn't advertised this online, only on dcusu notice boards, which is where I found it. I told him I'd spread the word online lol:p The rent is only E260 per month with no booking deposit, a real bargain imo;) The location is quiet and nice, and only 2 minutes from the shops/chemist/takeaways/pub on the Ballymun Rd. and the 11/13/13a/4 bus stops.

    So if you are a female DCU/Pat's/Mater Dei/All Hallows student who has yet to find a room and is interested in this property, PM me and I can pass on the landlord's contact details for you to arrange a viewing. I can also email you some pics of the house:)
