    Hi

I am seeking anybodies ideas or opinions in relation to my wifes affair.
This is very painfull for me since I have discovered that it has been going on for one and a half years!
I have three wonderfull daughters who are my life.
Any ideas as to where I stand in the event of marital break down?

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

    S

Speak to a solicitor. You absolutely should not take any legal advice on a matter that serious here.

Ireland has no fault divorce. This means that her affair shouldn't have an effect on custody or the distribution of assets.

Best of luck and get a good solicitor.
