I have recently moved into rented accommodation. I was told the sky was connected but when i plugged it in it says the card is not compatible (or something like that I cant remember the exact wording!!) Does anyone know what this is about?

    Hi Bronie...

Did you have your own sky card and box,,or just the card?

What did you bring, and what was left in the place you moved into?

If you remove the card you should pick up all the free to air channels!

Yeah,,As Scout says above there..Take out the card for the fta channels...

If you want the pay channels, you'll need a new card..And that will have to be paired to the box...But,,in that case, you would be best to sign up as a new customer, and you should get a good deal from them. (New box and card included)
